Located adjacent to the Amarillo Hot Springs, thirty kilometers from the town of Chaiten, Pumalin Explorer is centrally situated to offer replenishing thermal baths at the end of each day to all kinds of visitors.  Our services include fly fishing excursions to Lago Yelcho and other nearby rivers, guided trekking through temperate rainforests, catarafting, horseback riding, ecology oriented photo safaris and Chaiten Volcano summit hikes. Our premium accommodation is a spacious carpeted suite (6 x 7 meters) built directly over the banks of the enchanting Rio Amarillo. The suite contains a king-sized bed,  two twin-sized beds, a private bathroom, and  direct access to a rock-lined thermal spa.  Ideal for groups of 2-4 persons or families with a maximum of five. We also have two beautifully appointed cabins adjacent to our central lodge which can accommodate larger groups of 4-6 persons respectively.
